FEAR

          "With our birth, many things are born with us. One of which is ''Fear''."

          What are we afraid of?

• Fear of our future.
• Fear of the result of our deeds.
• Fear of losing.

          Fear is our weakness. If we are afraid of a something or time or person and someone knows what we are afraid of, then he can also take advantage of our fear and take it up.

          But, this fear is also our biggest challenge and this fear has the power to get us to do anything and this fear can turn all our weaknesses into our strengths.

◾ Fear of the Future-

           When, we are worried about our future and we are afraid how we will improve our life in future.

            Then we are ready to do anything for ourselves and our future. Even if it is a good education, if we are students. Whether it is a good job then you work hard to progress in it or you start looking for a better job.

             We start saving for ourselves from the salary of our present day job, which will be useful for us in future and old age.

             Fear is associated with us in one way or the other.

             When we are rich, we have a lot of our wealth which can give us rest throughout lifetimes. Fear still happens to us.

              Then we can be afraid that our capital is stolen and we are afraid of losing ourselves.

              Fear can be seen in any area:-

•    As a student of a class of a school or college.
•    As a private job employee.
•    As a businessman.
•    As a leader.
•    As an animal.
•    As a retired old man.
•    As an athlete.
•    As a poor laborer.

◾ Fear : Student-

             The student who comes first in the class is afraid of losing their first place. He works hard to maintain and maintain his first place.

             After that, the students are afraid of their marks getting low and that students try to keep their marks good.

             The other students are afraid of failing. So those students work hard to pass.

Motivation-

          Here, we can see that the students are afraid of their results and future. For which they work hard for their best result inspires them.

◾ Fear : Private Employee -

          An employee of a private job is afraid  of missing his job or not getting promotion in the job. He works hard to maintain his job, saves his job and gets promotion in it.

Motivation-

          Private employee inspires from his promotion, family life and family position.

◾ Fear : Businessman-

          The businessman is afraid of his business being ruined, for which he works hard and motivates his employees and continues to grow his business.

Motivation-

         The businessman is inspired by his employees and employees also motivate to him from their works for his organization's profit.

◾ Fear : Leader ( Politician)-

     
  The leader is afraid of losing his position, in order to maintain it, he contributes to the country's progress. Motivates its people, for the progress of the country.

Motivation-

          The leader is inspired by the big and amazing work done by the people of his country, through which the name of the country spreads throughout the world.

◾ Fear : A Retire Man-

          A retired man has the fear of his regular income or financial freedom and the future of family members.

Motivation-

          A retired man motivates with his experience according his knowledge and support his family and his lineage.

◾ Fear : Animals-

          The animal is afraid of his death, causing him to go out in search of his food.

          In the morning the lion goes out in search of his food otherwise he will die of hunger. On the other hand, the deer also comes out to run fast otherwise it will die after hunting a lion. Both of them run at high speed to save their lives.

                That is we can say that both of them have fear of their deaths.

Motivation-

         Here, both animals draw inspiration from their hunger and their hunting.

◾ Fear : Runner-

          A runner has a fear of his position to get first.

          For which he tries to run faster than others in the field. He is afraid of losing his first position or disqualify because the world does not accept the loser. The world makes fun of him.

Motivation-

          The runner is motivated by his practice and public notice.

◾ Fear : Poor Laborer-

           The poor laborer is afraid of the upbringing of his own and his family members and the education of his children. For which he works hard from morning to evening.

Motivation-

           His family position and his desire to teach his children inspires.

           Fear is always inside us. It is not a karma caused by rich and poor, religion, caste, community.

           Fear also occurs in the person with the most money and in the poorest person.

           Fear also serves to inspire us, just we need to take care.

Fear & Reward

•  Fear is an important part of our life.
•  Fear drives us to the future.
•  Fear has the potential to get us done anything.
•  Fear prepares us today for our future.
•  Fear is very useful and inspiring to do anything in life.
